Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of HSC Vault (“HSC Vault”, “the extension”, “the tool”), operated by HSC Vault (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing, installing, or using HSC Vault, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

What HSC Vault is

HSC Vault is a browser extension that helps you download content you already have access to on OnlyFans — including higher-resolution and Widevine DRM-protected video — so you can keep a personal copy. All processing happens locally, on your own device. It is a utility. It does not grant, unlock, or provide access to any content you have not already paid for and obtained through your own account.

License

On purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use HSC Vault on devices you own or control, for your own personal use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, rent, or share the extension or your license key. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source beyond what applicable law permits.

Acceptable use

HSC Vault is intended for one purpose: saving content you legitimately have the right to access and keep. You agree that:

• You will only download content you have paid for or otherwise have the lawful right to save.
• You are solely responsible for your use of the tool and for complying with the OnlyFans Terms of Service, the rights of content creators, and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You will not use downloaded content to redistribute, resell, publicly post, or otherwise infringe the rights of any creator or third party.
• You will not use the tool to access accounts that are not yours or to circumvent access controls for content you have not purchased.

You accept full responsibility for how you use any content you download. We provide a tool; what you do with it is your decision and your responsibility.

Not affiliated with OnlyFans

HSC Vault is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to OnlyFans, Fenix International Limited, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. “OnlyFans” is a trademark of its respective owner and is used here only for descriptive, referential purposes.

Platform changes & availability

OnlyFans and the underlying web platform can change at any time. Such changes may temporarily or permanently affect how HSC Vault works. We aim to keep the tool functional and to ship updates when reasonably possible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that any specific feature will keep working indefinitely.

No warranty

HSC Vault is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tool will meet your requirements, be error-free, or be compatible with every account, browser version, or piece of content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or content, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) HSC Vault. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the tool will not exceed the amount you actually paid for your license.

Payments

HSC Vault is sold directly by us and paid for with cryptocurrency. Because crypto transactions are irreversible by nature, all payments are final, except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy below.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of HSC Vault after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Privacy Policy

We built HSC Vault to be privacy-respecting by design. The short version: your content stays on your device, we don’t want your passwords, and we collect as little as possible.

Everything is processed on your device

HSC Vault does its work locally, in your own browser, on your own machine. When you download content, the media is decrypted and saved on your device. Your videos and images are never uploaded to, stored on, or transmitted to HSC Vault servers. We do not see, host, or keep copies of the content you download.

We never ask for your OnlyFans password

The extension works using your existing logged-in OnlyFans session in your own browser. It does not ask for, receive, or store your OnlyFans username, password, or login credentials. You stay logged in the normal way; the tool simply operates within the session you already have.

What the website collects

• Minimal analytics. Our website may collect basic, aggregate, and anonymous usage information (such as page views) to understand traffic. [ANALYTICS_PROVIDER_OR_“NONE”] If we use no analytics at all, none of this applies.
• Contact information you choose to share. If you email us or message us on Telegram, we’ll have whatever you send (for example, your email address or handle and the contents of your message) so we can help you.
• Payment data. Because checkout is in cryptocurrency, we do not collect your name, card number, or bank details. A crypto payment typically involves only a wallet address and transaction record, which we use to confirm and, if needed, refund your purchase.

What we do not collect

• Your OnlyFans credentials.
• The content you download.
• Your browsing activity outside of what is strictly needed for the extension to function on the supported site.

Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and, if enabled, basic anonymous analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data retention & your rights

We keep support correspondence and payment records only as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, honor refunds, and meet any legal obligations. If you’d like us to delete correspondence associated with you, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to any records we’re required to retain.

Refund Policy

We want HSC Vault to actually work for you. If it doesn’t, talk to us — we’d rather fix the problem or make it right than leave you with something that doesn’t do the job.

If it doesn’t work, contact support first

If HSC Vault isn’t working for you, please contact support within 14 days of your purchase. Most issues — browser quirks, setup steps, or a temporary platform change — can be solved quickly. Give us a genuine chance to help and we’ll do our best to get you up and running.

When we’ll refund

If we can’t get the tool working for your setup after a good-faith support attempt, we’ll issue a refund. Because access and downloads are delivered instantly and digitally, and crypto payments are irreversible, refunds after that point are provided at our reasonable discretion following a support attempt — not automatically on request.

What isn’t covered

• Change of mind after the tool has been confirmed working for you.
• Issues caused by using the tool in ways that violate these Terms or the law.
• Downloading content you did not pay for or do not have the right to save.
• A temporary platform change that we are actively working to address — in that case we’ll keep you updated rather than close out your purchase.

How to request a refund

Approved refunds are returned to the wallet or address used for payment (or another method we agree on), typically within 10 business days. Note that network fees and crypto exchange-rate fluctuations are outside our control and may affect the exact amount received.
